lovely stay!
glass windows christmas lights
I loved the full-length glass windows from floor to ceiling. It was very special. having a bubble bath with a wonderful view was so relaxing. also, fort canning park is just a stone's throw away, which allowed me to enjoy the xmas lights at the park!
The bedding had a slept-in odor, quite disturbing. the ac in the room was also hard to maintain at a comfortable level without being too noisy. it's a shame because it felt a little old.

The hotel has l'amo bistro. It is excellent. there is a coffee machine in the room. I found that very convenient. dawn in the restaurant offered great service at breakfast time, and she was attentive.

the staff members offered excellent services. staff at breakfast were present and discreet, a detail i really liked. everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, i had no problem asking for tips or directions.

The room was very clean, and it was also very quiet. the bed was enormous and very comfortable. I slept so well. the bathroom design is great. It works so well and is so functional!

tropical bathroom great location varied options pool areas
i loved the tropical bathroom theme. the location was great, near fort canning park, a historical site. the pool areas had many sunbeds and were well maintained. the breakfast options were varied, with good choices.
the room did not include bathrobes, a slight disappointment.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide assortment of food options. the hotel restaurant's service is rated as five-star. i found the staff attentive during breakfast hours.

the hotel has two nice outdoor pools available . the pool area features plenty of sun loungers for relaxation. the gym offers basic equipment for workouts.

the staff were excellent and very helpful throughout my stay. check-in included a room upgrade, a nice surprise. the staff were present and discreet.
